Triple "C" Companies is an Oklahoma based firm with over 30 years of experience in the design and sales of lighting and lighting oriented products. Originally started in 1963 under the name of Hubert Cox Company, it has since grown into a diversified sales agency with specialized internal components.
When the company was assumed in 1989 by Mr. Jim Catlege and Mr. Jeff Netherton (the present owners), new goals were established, providing the specification community the finest service and products available
In 1990, Triple "C" Companies sales were $1.2 million. Sales volume for 1996 grew to approximately $10 million. Triple "C" Companies sales for 2005 we will exceed $40 Million.
Facilities: Our warehouse space has over 20,000 square feet, the office space consists of 6,800 square feet for our 25 employees, two conference rooms, a large training room with space for 36-40 occupants, unbelievable showroom/demonstration areas that include indoor, outdoor, landscape, emergency and exit, industrial, architectural, and custom products and capabilities. There is no other facility in the country with as many lighting fixtures installed and individually switched as the Triple C Headquarters for our specifiers to use whenever they wish.
Our acquisitions of other independent rep agencies to make us more diverse include Conrad Sales which focuses on the commodity products, known now as Triple C /Conrad Sales, John Overton which specilizes in controls and dimming is now known as Triple C/Controls and Dimming, and Penny Lighting Sales which specializes in the residential decorative and niche products is now known as Triple C/Penny Lighting Sales. With these acquisitions Triple "C" Companies has a sales force unparalleled in this region, coupled with the finest product offering available in today's market.
We as a company see many opportunities to use this excellent offering of product to vastly expand our presence in the marketplace. We will aggressively pursue increased sales in all areas of the marketplace and will continue seeking to expand our product offering through adding quality manufacturers and quality personnel in addition to making acquisitions of companies that will also strengthen our position as the only full line electrical representative that covers the entire state of Oklahoma.
