We have three lighting certified specialists on staff. Contact Andy Burns, LC at our Oklahoma City office or Mike Lemley, LC and Kirk Lewis, LC at our Tulsa Office.

LC means Lighting Certified. The NCQLP has established a certification process by which practitioners in lighting and related fields, through testing, demonstrate their knowledge and experience across the lighting professions.

The NCQLP is a non-profit organization founded in 1991 to serve and protect the well-being of the public through effective and efficient lighting practice. Through a peer-review process, the NCQLP establishes the education, experience and examination requirements for baseline certification across the lighting professions.

Our News

Columbia Lighting introduces the EnergyMax Intersect, a two lamp, energy-efficient, louvered luminare. The Intersect uses a lamp and ballast combination, which when used with a 32W lamp uses only 66W of power compared to 85W in a three lamp parabolic, saving 22% in energy consumption while not sacrificing light levels. This fixture is also avaliable in a 28W T8 lamp using only 55W of power which is a 35% reduction in energy consumption. Find out more here.
